PRINTING ON A MAC (from most apps)

  1. Click File > Print
  2. Select the correct printer
  3. Select one of the four Print Job Presets that IT programmed:
    • 1-Sided B/W
    • 2-Sided B/W
    • 1-Sided Color
    • 2-Sided Color
  4. (without one of those presets selected, nothing will print)
  5. Click “Print” in the bottom right

 


















PRINTING ON A MAC (from Chrome)

  1. Click File > Print
  2. Click “More settings”
  3. Click “Print using system dialog…”
  4. This will open the same print page as above. Follow the steps on the previous page
