Elmwood alarm codes have been pre-programmed into the system as 5 + Last 4 digits of your SSN. For example, if the last 4 digits of your SSN is 1234, your new alarm code will be 51234. The alarm panel is located behind Maria’s desk, please see image below.
To access the building, please use your key and upon entering, use your 5 digit alarm code for turning off the alarm system.
- Push the ARM/DISARM button on the panel
- Enter your 5 digit code (5+Last 4 SSN)
- Push the ENTER button to confirm
*If the alarm is not chiming upon entry, no steps need to be taken to disarm the panel.
When leaving the office, please check to make sure you are the last person to leave the building, then please turn the alarm on.
- Push the ARM/DISARM button on the panel
- Enter your 5 digit code (5+Last 4 SSN)
- Push the ENTER button to confirm
*The countdown timer will then display on the panel showing you how much time you have to exit.
